Refund and Exchange Policy

With our handmade products, please choose carefully, as unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer exchange for harness sets or pooch packs unless the product is faulty. If the customer has ordered the incorrect size and would like an exchange, all associated shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. To be eligible for exchange on a wrong sized product, your item(s) must be unused/ unwashed with the tags still on and in the same condition that you received it.
